Frequently Asked Questions

Yes. I am based in San Francisco but available for performances, productions, and events beyond the Bay Area. Travel costs are factored into quotes for out of area bookings. I am also available for remote workshops and virtual collaborations worldwide.

As early as possible for the best availability, particularly for festival season and holiday periods. That said I am sometimes able to accommodate last-minute bookings so it is always worth asking even if your event is soon.

Every booking is different depending on the type of performance, duration, location, and requirements. I do not publish fixed rates because a two-hour walk-around set at a local market and a full theatrical run are very different things. Please contact me or check out the performances page and I will put together a quote based on your specific needs.

Commission pricing depends on the complexity of the build, the materials required, and the timeline. Portrait puppets, original characters, and production builds are all priced individually. The best starting point is to get in touch with as much detail as you have about what you need and I will come back to you with a quote. Check out commissions page for more details

Absolutely. My workshops are designed to be accessible regardless of prior experience. Whether you have never held a puppet before or you are an experienced performer looking to develop a specific skill, I design sessions around the group in front of me.

Yes and it makes an extraordinary one. Get in touch with details about who the puppet is for, any relevant reference images or information, your budget, and your deadline and we will make it happen.
